Mother's Day 2024

May 12, 2024    Pastor Paul Vaughan

This week we will take time to honor our mother's. In this week's message titled "What's Your Priority" we will learn to have a different priority that focuses on "Touching Jesus First." Taking a different approach to life will lead to different results in your life. If you want to increase the capacity of your life and decrease your feelings of being overwhelmed, you need to change the priority in your life. The wrong priorities will always lead you in the wrong direction. When you try to keep up with the Jones’s across the street, try to be supermom or superdad, or always stay hyper focused on your career, you have let the wrong things become your priority and this leads to exhaustion and feeling beat down in life. When we place our priority on "Touching Jesus First" it places all other aspects of our life into their proper order.

I believe it will be a powerful message that reminds us that our priority should not be of this world, but instead to have a priority that puts Jesus first! And when we do we will no longer feel overwhelmed and/or inadequate.

Scripture: Romans 12:2, Mark 5:25-29, Mark 5:34
